This was my second stay here. Very quietly located in the town close to good restaurants, bars and sights. Walking distance to train station. Room very comfortable and cosy. Breakfast buffet very good with a good choice of food and hot coffee. I enjoyed my week here very much.

Hotel 1770 & Spa served as our home base during the week we spent visiting Avignon, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Pont du Gard, Arles, and Nimes. Sandine, the Hotel Manager, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Sandine arranged for a driver to pick us up at the train station the night we arrived and to take us to the train station on the day we left. Very nice little place with pool and restaurant that are wonderful. Rooms are comfy and just what was needed. My brother had an issue with his bed as the queen was actually two twin beds, that moved apart in the middle of the night. Property is very nice though wifi is very weak, so be prepared to disconnect.

I would recommend Chateau de Mazan to everyone! The rooms were spotless and very large for European rooms, the beds were so comfortable, the interiors were carefully curated, and the staff was lovely. The restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast was a substantial spread! Mazan itself is a sleepy town, but the chateau is the destination. The pool is not heated, so come during warmer months if you plan to use it!

Perfect location for walking around town. Dinner and breakfast were devine. Staff was very helpful. We enjoyed concert in the square just around the corner. Great experience.

Excellent choice!

I loved this place. It felt very French countryside. The owners were very kind and hospitable and made every day a true pleasure. The dining experiences were wonderful also. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.
