"À la suite d'une annonce fausse sur le site, abritel a plutot bien géré une location de rechange . celle-ci a été improvisée à la hâte et l'aménagement s'en ressentait mais en revanche la personne qui a géré notre accueil s'est avérée efficace. Pour une location aux normes (et au prix) il y a pas mal de choses à revoir (changer la literie, revoir l'aménagement de la cuisine, prevoir plutôt une douche à la place de la baignoire, et quelques petits détails auxquels les touristes sont sensibles, et...

"We loved this flat and had a great holiday. The location was peaceful and an easy to walk to Menerbes. It was well equipped and the views were beautiful. The pool was an excellent benefit for a summer holiday and loved by the whole family. Any minor issues were quickly resolved by the owner who was on hand quickly and responsive."

Là, 3 jours avant mon départ, aucune information concernant la procédure d'arrivée, comme le stipulait Abritel. "We were made to feel very welcome - greeted with a box of home grown delicious strawberries and cherries. The facilities were excellent - and so was the weather, so use of the swimming pool was much appreciated. Lagnes itself is a nice quiet village and we found it a good base for cycling to other places of interest."

"This accommodation is in a beautiful location. There is parking on site and this is secured by locked gates in the evening. Michael (the owner) is very accommodating, flexible and helpful. There was a garage that we were able to store our bikes in, which was very useful. If the place is busy, the cycle storage could get full though, so maybe worth checking if this is a priority. "This is our second visit here and it was fantastic just like the last time .There’s everything you require for a self catering stay, Full size cooker, microwave ,large fridge freezer etc . It’s situated in a quiet neighbourhood of Avignon.They do have a parking space for 1 vehicle which is great and it’s off road . The hosts Lucie & Michel are very nice people they make you feel so welcome you feel like a family member .You are only a 5 min walk to the tram station .There’s plenty of local shops...

"Everything you need is here and the hosts are charming. The pool is more plunge than swimming and the well-equipped apartment is due a redecoration in places. The town doesn't really have any useful dining facilities although there's a high end restaurant nearby."

"Nice, clean and centrally located. The property manager does not speak any English so can be difficult to ask any questions. I would suggest that they leave a map of the area and suggestions for restaurants etc for those that aren’t familiar with the area. We got lost quite a few times. "I loved the location, right across the street from the old city. There was a grocery store next door, very convenient. The property seems to be student residences as well as hotel and has laundry facilities, safe bicycle storage, recycling, an exercise room and breakfast for an extra fee, which we didn't do. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was fine, the shower was great, the room was very spacious, but with a characterless, unadorned feel. Still, over all, good value. "
