The 70 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 7 guests. Amenities include a TV, heating, and books and toys for children. A baby cot is also provided.



Enjoy your own private outdoor space with a garden, covered terrace, 2 balconies, and a play area.



The property is just 5 minutes from a ski slope and close to hiking trails and cycle paths.



There is one parking space on the property and one in a garage.



Families with children are welcome.



The property offers storage for motorbikes, skis, and up to 5 bicycles.



Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed.



Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available.



Doors are wide and easily accessible.
