"Very nice property! Good location with access to lots of amenities and places in Paris!"

"Our stay began with a wonderful greeting by the staff and early access to our room. The room was a perfect size for 3 adults. We had a queen and a pull out twin with comfortable mattresses on both. The window opened for fresh air. The bathroom was spacious with a rain head shower. The area around the hotel was quiet with so many places to eat within walking distance. Creperie Sainte-Honore and Motors coffee were two of our favorites. The subway entry was right outside the hotel with multiple connection options. We used the iPhone wallet to purchase train rides and we purchased per ride. For 8 days we spent around $52 US dollars. This was less than the longer ended passes available. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and even walked us out with umbrellas during an unexpected rain shower as we took our last walk to the subway to catch our train to the airport. The people of France were welcoming and so easily switched to English to assist with our stumbling French. Thank you Novotel and Paris for an amazing family trip we will not soon forget!!"

"Amazing modern hotel at a very location. Close to restaurants, shopping and tourist place. Gare de lyon station is walking distance. The rooms was very modern with digital controls. Stgf was very nicr and helpful. You can see eiffel tower from the 16 th floor. Have good bar and restaurant. Would definitely stau again. Cons: Coffee machine and electrical iron the room "

"The staff was fantastic throughout our stay, always so friendly and helpful. We were particularly fond of the four resident dogs lounging on the staircase in the lobby. The two friendliest, Filou and Noisette, never tired of hanging out with my wife and daughter any time we came through. The breakfast offering was comprehensive with just about anything you could want. The rooms are about the size you’d expect for central Paris. They are kept very clean and have everything you need. The entire hotel appears to be recently renovated with nice finishes throughout, and a very cool artsy aesthetic. "

"Great location! Only a block or two to the nearest metro station! The Eiffel Tower is just a short stroll down Trocadéro. Perfect angle to take some cool, creative pictures of you holding or grabbing the tower. The Hôtel is surrounded by great restaurants, including bakeries, sushi, Italian, etc. You can also find a grocery store near by with fresh produce. The staff of this cozy, wonderful hotel is great. Professional in every aspect. I can't speak any French, although I'd love to, but thankfully they all speak English. The breakfast is convenient and you get three different choices of how you want your egg. Hard, soft or raw! The room we stayed in was tiny but comfortable. The bathroom roomy with a big tub. I stayed in Paris before and that hotel was a disaster, Hôtel Palais De Chaillot on the other hand is perfect. I highly recommend it!!! "

"We needed an hotel as a result Of an emergency. Starting with the price in regards to the other hotels around the area, the hotel had a great rate. Additionally, the night time front desk manager was very friendly, bilingual, and welcoming. It was very helpful after having been victims of petty crime. The room was clean and big in comparison to other Paris hotels. The room decor was welcoming and the bathroom toiletries were of excellent quality. The bed and the pillows were also perfect for a good night’s rest. The bathroom has an excellent big shower. The only thing missing in the bathroom is a magnifying mirror. The rooms has a mini bar and the rooms on the 6th floor have a balcony. The lobby shows it’s an older hotel, but very well maintained. AlsoI couldn’t get the USB port in the room to work. However, the room and bathroom have many outlets. Thank you ! "
