"This property is in the midst of restoration work..no floor in lobby. Dark, dingy, rickety stairs and lots of them to climb before showing up in apartment that hasn’t been cleaned. Horrible communication with BAM Paris who is suppose to be manager. Left when realized that place would not be cleaned before 6pm and that dishwasher and washer would be running and we would have to empty when we finally received the place. "Do not stay here. It looks nothing like any of the pictures. It is very small and has ant issues. A lot of things didn’t work. Not worth it!"

It had everything needed, however there were some problems: - Bathroom had very strong smell of mold, and lots of patches of mold both within the shower (including across the shower curtain) and around the wider bathroom area. "This place is lovely, cute, newly done and all the amenities. Our property manager was great and welcoming. Check in he met us out front after our train and went through the whole unit with us. The only thing was the building is still under renovations (I believe they are just finishing up) once the courtyard and other units are done this will be magnificent! I would definitely rent it next time I am in Paris once the construction is complete. "

"The stay was an absolute delight! The white walls really brightened up the space, filling it with natural light throughout the day. "The place was very clean and the location was perfect. We had to check out in the morning and our other place wasn't ready until the afternoon. They were so kind to let us leave our bags at the place until the afternoon and the cleaning lady even waited for us to get there to make it easier. I cannot say enough good things at how accommodating they were to make our stay comfortable."
