  • This picture perfect Townhome is set on 17.5 acres on beautiful Oyster. Beautifully and meticulously designed, this Townhome has access to a swimming pool and tennis courts.

    Oyster Pond Condominium Complex includes free tennis court, swimming pool, shuffle board, acres of lawn for kite flying, playing catch, and family fun. Wide range of excellent nearby restaurants from super casual on up. Restaurant listings available as are brochures on activities for adults and kids. All summer take your family to the famous Chatham Band Concert, Cape League baseball, and Summer Theatre. Sightseeing, whale watching, seals, cycling, beaches, golf, movies are all nearby. Small kids activities in Chatham also include a huge playground and a train museum, both right near a real fire station. Oyster Pond’s great location is nearby Chatham Main Street’s strolling and shopping.

    Convenient walk to downtown Chatham location. Close to Atlantic Ocean, Nantucket Sound and Oyster Pond beaches, as well as golf and all the best Cape Cod has to offer.

    Bring your canoe, kayak or Sunfish and use private dock on Oyster Pond providing access to the pond, Oyster River, Stage Harbor, Nantucket Sound, South beach, Monomoy Island and the Atlantic Ocean. Nearby Oyster River Boatyard offers power boat rentals.

Family Vacation 23

The property was exactly as photographed - no surprises at all. Beautifully furnished, very comfortable beds, kitchen was well equipped, location was very convenient, and the owner, Sarah, was very responsive. All 7 adults were very happy with the property. We’ll stay here again on our next trip to the Cape.

Wonderful House, Amazing Host

Not only was the house spacious and really well suited for me and my family, but the best part of the experience was how communicative and attentive our host was! She was able to answer questions and emails quickly. The property manager on-site also paid extra attention we had questions. The location of the house also couldn't be better! We loved having a pool but being near a beach was also great, and we loved all the shops and restaurants that were nearby. Thank you for the great experience!

Perfection!

This house and property could not be any more perfect. The house is decorated really cool and the finishes are top of the line. Everything is in great condition. The condo feels like it was just redone. It feels very fresh. The view is gorgeous too!! Also it’s less then a mile to town. You could easier share with another family but it was so nice having it to ourselves (family of 4).

Wonderful vacation

Terrific vacation in all respects! Host was responsive, location close to Chatham center yet private with assess to tennis, pool and kayaks. Townhouse was lovely -- thoughtful layout, tasteful decor, comfortable furnishings and gourmet kitchen. Lots of attention to detail made for a wonderful vacation.

Excellent Vacation home a cooks dream

The pictures honestly don't do this property justice. The house is so well designed and the space available is excellent. The details are just lovely and the kitchen was the best stocked of any rental house I have had. The response by the management team to little issues that came up was superb. I highly recommend this property.

Yes - all of the photos on Homeaway site are perfectly accurate

This town home is just great. Booking to checkin was all very smooth and comfortable as the property management team was very attentive and responsive. Three generations combining a vacation with a family wedding nearby, completely enjoyed this spacious and comfortable vacation home!

Wonderful spot for a summer family vacation!

Our family has just returned home today from a wonderful week at Oyster Pond. We loved the location, the beautiful landscaping around the whole complex, and the well-cared for pool. Our kids and the adults alike thought it was an ideal spot for a Cape Cod summer vacation! We found Unit 25 to be fabulous, even more so than these pictures showed! The rooms were spacious, each had their own bathroom, and the linens and towels provided were high quality. The kitchen, dining and living spaces were great for precious family time and we also enjoyed the outdoor spaces which allowed for resting on the back porch, heading to the pool or taking in the view. We also were able to walk around with the kids, have them ride their bikes and run around in the field! Jonathan (the property manager)’s attention to our every need was so appreciated -- he even took the time to open the garage we had available and let me know that you had done it when it was about to rain. We felt very well cared for and were able to relax during our special family time together! We look forward to joining you again next summer! Thanks and all our best, from the entire Moore Family!

Clean and Gorgeous Townhome Perfect for a Family!

This was the best vacation rental I've stayed in! The setup was ideal for traveling with multiple family members and young children, as there was plenty of space and beds for everyone to feel comfortable. The Townhome was so beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean-- it was like staying in a spread from a high end design magazine. The house is stocked with supplies -- so all you really need to bring is yourself and your clothing. There is a great view from this Townhome and Oyster Pond itself is pristinely manicured and a gorgeous setting for anybody looking to partake in swimming, fishing, tennis, or just relax. It's a very quick drive to the heart of downtown Chatham, a picturesque corridor with great shops, restaurants and bars. Oyster Pond is an ideal spot to stay even if you want to explore the rest of the Cape, such as a daily excursion to Provincetown or Martha's Vineyard. We look forward to coming back to Oyster Pond and staying at this Townhome again!

A Wonderful Experience!

We could not have been happier with our stay- the "townhouse" was really a beautifully decorated and maintained home, with an unbelievable location. We were greeted by the property manager, and shown all the amenities- all the way to the boats for our use on the water. Our group of 4 couples usually don't return to a spot, but feel differently about this one. Cant wait to return!!!
