"Spent a great long weekend here. Cottage was lovely and cosy with great views of the sea. Really well equipped kitchen for cooking in however great places to eat a short walk away. Living room is lovely and cosy with the log burner and comfortable couches. Good supply of videos and books as well. Bedrooms were comfy and the shower over the bath had good pressure and lots of hot water available. Enclosed back and front garden which was great for the dog. My only niggle (and it is a niggle) was that our room also had the upstairs fire escape door - which was not mentioned at all (ie, what to do in event of a fire and whether our bedroom was the fire escape access for all the rooms in our section)."

"Lovely little hotel apart from being locked in, having to get out via the fire escape with luggage, and finding the hotel place shut down and locked up. Really bizarre situation, with breakfast apparently served from 8, yet not a a soul in site or contactable on phone or email. A shame as great location, friendly welcome the night before and nice room."
