"Dated tired property but inexpensive and has amenities like pool and sauna. Back porch messy with leaves and dust. Front porch ok. Rooms inside ok. Fireplace nice. Good value for money paid."

"This property was in an excellent location with the beach about 30 seconds down the path. The units are very cute and well equipped with everything you'll need. The Southhampton oil in the kitchen was a nice touch. It was nice having a bbq on the deck and we loved the hot tub and firepits."
