"Second time staying here. Bear house is simply perfect. Great location, great hosts. It is a joy to stay here. The grounds are welcoming, with plenty of places to sit and chat with your group, or new friends! Parking is right there. The rooms are always clean, and well stocked with coffee and snacks. "This was the perfect solution for us. Our son graduated from UTC Saturday morning and then we helped him move out of his apartment that was located literally across the street. Ample space and amenities for the short time we actually spent in the room. The basement room was a bit chilly, but we prefer that when we sleep so it wasn’t a huge deal for us. "We had a wonderful long weekend in this spacious condo..We visit this city frequently and this was one of the best locations we have stayed in terms of proximity/accessibility to restaurants, riverfront, etc. It was very nice, clean condo and the layout was very relaxing.
