"I enjoyed my stay for the most part. The construction next door was a little disappointing but it's temporary. Germantown area is great. The neighborhood and people were very friendly. Plenty of one of a kind places to eat within walking distance. The downside that can be easily fixed would be to clean the parking area in front of the suites."

"It was nice and cozy for just the 2 of us. We had a business trip and I needed something close to the LaConte center. The room Itself was good and the location again was perfect. I'm Giving a 4 because We did find hair in the shower and the sink in the bathroom did not drain well. "The location is fantastic with easy access to shopping and dining and the Nashville Aquatic Center. Having the full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit was great. "My wife and I stayed here for a night but wish we knew about it sooner. Unit is set up long but it works well. Very clean and modern setup. Our favorite part was the coffee shop across the street. My wife is particular with her coffee and this place passed the test. Easy check in and check out. Would stay here again."

"This loft is clean, cute, and convenient to downtown. The Uber ride was only like $7 to downtown around 6 pm and $12 home after midnight. Parking is free so staying here saved us quite a bit compared to hotels and other rentals in the area. The host was very helpful and communicated with us frequently! We will stay here again!"
