The young lady that check me in was very nice and had a good attitude along with the young man that was behind the desk with her. They made me feel very welcome and checked me in early i didnt have to wait. Great customer service.

Very glad was able to stay here with my 18 year old daughter. Really amazing decor and room was very comfortable. We especially loved the complimentary peanut butter and jelly bar at night. Staff were all very pleasant.

This was one of the best hotels that I have stayed in and we travel 50+ nights a year. The staff is incredible. Everyone is happy and wants to help. Everything in the property was great. The rambler just isnt close to markets or mini stores. Everything is 15 - 20min walk or 4-10 min in a lyft/ uber depending where u wanna go.

Besides being able to view the Lorraine Hotel, Beale St and Elvis' home,.memphis did not impress me
Nice hotel. Great location but near the express way and you can hear the traffic. Not super loud but you can hear the traffic. Like the big trucks.
Was just an overnight stop into Gatlinburg for us and we wanted to see Graceland
Loved the city
I do not recommend this place at all!!! STAY AWAY!!
