Great place to stay and an easy parking garage to find. On the down side, there were a couple stairs to get luggage from the car to the elevator! That was the only down side though.

Property was clean and consistent with other courtyard properties in downtown areas. Rooms were spacious, bathroom was nice and bed was very comfortable. Staff was wonderful. Love that the little dining area has Starbucks and healthy breakfast options. Off site parking was close by and easy to get to. Will definitely be staying here again.

Also Expedia didn’t tell me the hotel holds $100 for incidentals which is higher than any hotel I hade ever stayed at. Including New York. Also the mini bar automatically charges you for anything you pick up to look at. It’s all on censors so you can’t look to see what is in their bags of candy without being...

Very nice property. The hotel was nice and clean. We felt safe. There was carriage rides near the hotel and bikes to use. The staff at the desk was excellent as well as the valets. Great barbecue restaurant called the rendezvous very close.

I was so happy to find out about this lovely, unique hotel in Memphis! Super comfortable with excellent service, without a bunch of people hovering over you expecting tips. They have a great, secured parking area and the bar on the top floor is awesome. I especially like the water and ice stations that they have in each hallway. Super user friendly all the way around!
