"The staff is always wonderful - so polite, so fun. The night time valet sucked but the daytime guy was super sweet and always had our car waiting downstairs, on time. The room itself was spotless clean and beautifully decorated. This will always be my go to hotel when visiting family in Memphis. "

"The room was delightful but the bed it too close to the post. Moving it one foot to the left would have made it easier to get up & go to bed. The coffee was okay; thanks for the hot cocoa. "The location, hotel, proximity to garage, service, and ease were nice. I was only in for 1 night, so I did not need much for my stay, however, the room was spacious, clean, had a good design, and large kind-sized bed. The remote did not work for the TV because of low batteries, but that did not take away from a pleasant stay. Friendly staff, close to restaurants and Beale Street, and overall a good experience."

"Staff was amazing I was there in Memphis for my grandma funeral and they treated me sooo well even tho my visit was a sad occasion they made sure me and my son was safe and welcome there was a dog barking on the middle of the day and the staff got right on it move me to a different room and was very helpful. I left earlier then book due to not feeling well and the evening guy that work Saturday showed me how to use a Lyft to get me back to Amtrak insured me & my son was safe i never traveled...
