Come be our guest in North Chattanooga! Luxury studio with a private entrance that is located one mile outside of the heart of all that downtown Chattanooga has to offer. This renovated space includes a Queen bed, twin bed ( plus pull out trundle) with 1 full bath. Kitchenette featuring sink, microwave, toaster oven and dishware. This unit is located next to the entrance to Stringers Ridge Trail so bring your bikes and enjoy all our town has to offer. Reserved parking space for 1 car.

Great location

We had a great time! I think this was the cleanest vacation rental we’ve had! Only thing we didn’t prepare for was that there wasn’t a door on the bedroom to keep our toddler from roaming around at night, but we grabbed a cheap baby gate and that did the trick. Overall, a great experience and great location being just outside of downtown!

Wonderful short vacation

My family and I stayed here for the weekend to take our two children to the aquarium, the property was just as described and in a perfect location! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Chattanooga!

Great location

My wife and I spent 4 days here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. It is located about five minutes from downtown, making it easy to go out to eat or take a trip to the park.

Thanksgiving Weekend

Enjoyed our time here. Just perfect for a small family group. We really just needed the spot for a place to sleep but it is in a great location and the neighborhood is developing.

Va ca stay

It was very clean, spacious in a safe neighborhood. With an hiking path very close by that we took advantage of. Location is in a nice neighborhood with a great pizza place with in a block.

A quiet Week

We needed to be in Chattanooga to deal with some family business and needed a quiet place to rest as the entire situation was a bit stressful. This apartment worked perfectly. Clean as a pin, spacious, centrally located, everything we needed.

Wonderful CHA North Shore Stay!

This charming little apartment feels like a welcoming home. From tasteful decor to a great kitchenette, the property was a wonderful short stay for our wedding anniversary trip! Brad and his wife did an awesome job of making the sleeping area quiet with a noise machine and soundproofing, so road noise at night was kept to a minimum. The shower was just like what I would want in my home, and I took some notes for a remodel. Brad was both responsive and friendly! If you want simple, healthy meals, Vibrant Meals is a short walk down the street, and we were glad we discovered it! We cooked a meal from there in the electric skillet and it was a perfect dinner. Would highly recommend!

Perfect for a weekend

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and calming. The kitchen was small, but as I was only staying there while bopping out to do things, it was not an issue. The bed was very comfortable, and the addition of the white noise machine made it hard to get up in the morning 😆 The place was great. I would highly recommend it for single or couples.

Cute and generously sized rental. Helpful and nice hosts and everything was neat, tidy, and clean. Be careful when parking though, driveway is at a very steep angle with a large lip roadside.

Great Vacation Location

My spouse and I really enjoyed the stay this past weekend at the lovely Northshore Studio. The home is very Clean, Peaceful and Huge. We didn’t have any problems and the Host was very fast responsive when needed. Please book this home, you will not be disappointed! 10/10 RECOMMENDED

Unique stay

Loved our stay here! Being so close to the tunnel can get loud so definitely recommend the white noise they have in the bedroom. Trundle bed worked well- can wheel it a little farther away if needed. Kitchenette had everything to heat up leftovers. Owner was great at communicating whenever we had a question. Highly recommend!

Tasteful, modern, clean and close to downtown

This place was a great home away from home for us, and we were very pleased with the stay. Very clean, and Brad was super responsive to all of our questions. I was a little worried about noise from the tunnel, but it was not a problem whatsoever. It might be a good idea for families to hang a door between the bedroom and the living space, but again, it wasn't really an issue for our family on this stay.

What a gem!

We had a wonderful long weekend in this spacious condo..We visit this city frequently and this was one of the best locations we have stayed in terms of proximity/accessibility to restaurants, riverfront, etc. It was very nice, clean condo and the layout was very relaxing. Brad was very accommodating and extremely responsive. The only down side was the late night traffic from the road outside, if you are a light sleeper you might want to have your white noise on. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay,

Christmas weekend

The house was super adorable and very very clean. It was so much bigger than I was expecting. It was perfect for my husband who cannot stay at my mom’s house due to cat allergies. It was a great location to north shore side of Chattanooga and close to everything downtown. Lots of food nearby and fun postings for those looking to explore around Chattanooga. The rental was spacious and had everything you could need for a good weekend getaway. My husband slept on the bed in the living room so he could watch that TV and said it slept really well. The shower was great and really spacious as well. The property manager communicating excellently and got me all the information ahead of time and was easy to talk to about early check in and what was available. Would highly recommend any family and friends to stay here when coming to Chattanooga!

Perfect Spot

Super accessible to down town and there’s a trail right next to the property. The unit sits above a beautiful salon but you don’t hear anything from downstairs or the roadway. (If you want services book in advance.) The unit was much bigger than I anticipated, there were only 2 of us but there there was plenty of space if you have people sleeping on the beds in the living room. It was extremely clean and well maintained. Looks very new! I would definitely stay here again. Brad was fantastic to deal with. Thank you so much for hosting me!

Secluded studio

Very nice layout and super clean! Close to center city and the river. We are older so the steps going in we’re a little dicey with luggage. I would suggest more lighting definitely on stairs and deck. Parking lot is very tight when full with Hair salon employees. At night very quiet except cars going thru tunnel which is right outside of bedroom windows. Nicely decorated but need darker curtains in bedroom. There is plenty of room inside and the entire studio is newly done!

Nice little apartment

This was a nice little apartment not far from downtown Chattanooga. Aside from the noise of traffic and from the salon underneath, the only issue I had was the confusion of the alarm system. In the apartment notes which were sent before we arrived, it is stated to arm the alarm whenever we leave the apartment. However, I did not know how to so I messaged the owner, who, after 20 minutes of waiting, replied and told me that I did not have to worry with the alarm. ?? Just a heads up for any future guests.
