Ideal location for a mid drive stop.. front staff was top shelf and very helpful. There was some signs thatlike most chain motels somebody was starting to out profits into their pocket and not into infrastructure and by removing the breakfast despite still advertising it...leaving front line staff to deal with grumpy travellers

Booked non-smoking room and bedsheets had cigarette burns. Smoke could be smelled as soon as you entered the room. The mattresses were sunk which affected quality of sleep. The toilet got clogged and had to call maintenance on the very first day (maintenance resolved the issue right away).The room had several roaches. We had to buy cleaning supplies to mop the floor because the floor was sticky even after housekeeping moped. The microwave was old and looked dirty or burned but worked. The mini fridge was also old and worked but the top freezer needed to be defrosted and it burned some of my food items. At time of booking it said breakfast included and during check-in I was informed that breakfast was coffee and a granola bar only. No problem with staff, they were courteous. The area was very quiet no issues with others next door.

Front desk and room service were really friendly. It was quiet and clean in the perfect designated area for in and out of town traveling, dining and activites. We will defenitly be returning to Super 8 by Windham at East Ridge.

Front desk staff was very nice and helped with food recommendations. Very convenient location while traveling. Worked perfectly for a place to sleep for the night as we traveled through for a lot less than the hotel next door.

The staff was wonderful but the property is poorly maintained. The door to the room was open and available to the public before I closed it. The bathroom was dirty as well.

The bed and bedding were covered in burn holes. The chair in the room was also vovered in burn holes. The smell when we walked in was awful smelled like sewer and mold. Opened the bathroom door and the shower was covered in black mold. The towels in the bathroom were full of hair and mold. When we asked for a different room we were told there were none available so we asked for a refund and was told the room was non refundable. Also the lady at check in was very rude and high. Upon leaving the 2 staff members we encountered were very nice.

Very comfortable beds! Room very clean. They are in process of opening and managing the building next door… Opening in 2 weeks! Breakfast was disappointing…only dry cereal and toast with milk and coffee. Hoping for hot offers.

Perfect for our purpose

Stopped over on our way from MI to FL. Friendly service, quick check in. Room, tabletops, and beds were clean. Bathroom floor looked dirty and the toilet paper holder was broken so the roll kept falling on the floor. Breakfast had something for each of my kids that they were willing to eat, and my kids are picky! I do wish they had had another fruit choice other than fruit cocktail cups. Fresh bananas, maybe, or even pears or mandarin orange cups? But it worked really well for an overnight pit stop while traveling.
