I was impressed with the check in woman (I wish I could remember her name) she was very efficient and friendly even though she was busy multitasking. The room was clean and everything I wanted full kitchen, nice mattress and pillows and a deep bathtub with a lot of hot water. The only thing that I didn’t get was not being able to control the room temperature.

My stay has been more than disappointing, it is down right unacceptable. Checking in I was met with a very rude woman behind the counter who made very unprofessional comments. I booked through Expedia and when I came in they tried to charge me a completely different price. I didn't hold back and I made them charge me the correct amount. Coming to our room was initially nice, but we soon found that the bedsheets were stained, the ac barely cooled the room, for a room of four we only had 2 rolls of toilet paper and one trash bag. This wouldn't be so bad but their room service only comes once every 3 days, if you are lucky. Our room service never came on the day they were supposed to, not even a knock on our door. We had to schedule them the next day and we were told that they would come between a certain time in the morning. We made sure we were not in the room before that time and didn't come back until later in the day. After an exhausting day we came back to a room that had not been touched. We decided to call the front desk using our rooms phone, only to find that it did not work. We had to make our way back down and practically begging for them to come up and clean the room. Once they did come we were met with attitude by the cleaning lady. We thought she did a good job at first, but we found out she never even replaced our shampoo and conditioner, only adding water to it. I wouldn't recommend going to the pool at least in the current condition it is in. When you first

Staff were great, very friendly. Room was tough to enter — key didn’t work properly at first. Building isn’t well insulated; could hear kids running up and down the hall very easily until 10:30pm. Thankfully they quieted down after that. Bed was comfy and room was acceptable.

Stayed for 8 nights, they only came to take trash once. Beds were not made at all during the entire stay. During our stay we also experienced a series of unfortunate events. The ceiling fell in the pool so we had to use the hotel’s next door (Residence Inn) which made us wish we booked there because they had a hot tub. We were also woken up out of our sleep one night because someone started a fire in their hotel room which went on for about 45 minutes. There was also a thunderstorm that happened and several trees fell on top of people’s cars in the middle of the night. To continue there was one morning that another guest was seen with two dogs loose screaming at hotel staff so 3 police cars showed up (6 officers) to kick him out, it was a loud experience. I also tired to put in service requests in on the app and they were either out of it or said they thought I was just playing around so the items were never delivered. If I booked another hotel in Chattanooga it would never be this one again.

The staff was great! I locked my bathroom door and staff came up within 20 minutes to unlock it. Couple things that were not up to par: room phone did not work and not properties fault, but a homeless camp is in the wooded area beside property. Overall, I would stay at this property again.
