Disgusting

Worst hotel ever stayed in, filthy, smelly. child had to sleep on a thin mattress on the floor, had to pay in extra R1500 just for the mattress, breakfast was cold everyday and same thing. we booked for 10 days, only stayed 7 days.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the manager was even more accommodating as we had to split our check in days because we had an emergency could not check in on our booked dates The food is also delicious, their room service also very good

It's a cool place but the towels we're not so clean the next day. Breakfast was not delivered on time..we waited for so long it delayed our plans for the day. The service was not so good but the place was quite good for the price.

The staff are not professional from the receptionist, down stairs there is a night club but when you book they don't mansion that, and every weekend they are hosting events, there's too much too much that comes from the club and those events, in their rooms the noise it loud and there is no sound proof, even if you go and complain they will just say there's nothing we can do about that.overall the service is very poor
