"The house is a great location to trail ride. Ample space for our group of 9. There was a hornet nest on the side of the house but Gary was quick to take care of it. We would stay here again. "

"Room was clean and well stocked. There is a fridge and microwave which I couldn't tell from the listing, and was nice to have! Nice location close to Matewan where our event was located. Quiet area and lots of parking which was great since we had two cars. My only "complaint" was too many plug in air fresheners, but that's a personal preference that I won't hold against them :) I just unplugged them during our stay so I didn't get a migraine. "
