"Location and design were wonderful. The cleaning staff and valet crew really worked hard. Unfortunately our TV was broken and never repaired. When calling back to check in on the repair I was told it would get done as fast as humanly possible. At check out I told them the tv was never fix and I hadn’t heard back on it. Hopefully the next guest won’t have to feel bad asking for a tv that works."

"The house was immaculate! Everything was super clean. The furnishings were top quality. The landscaping was gorgeous. We enjoyed the calming sound of the fountain in the backyard and the warm gas fire pit. Honestly, I’m not exaggerating when I say this was one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had. "Gave me a kettle and some tea when I arrived, bleary and windblown after a long day up the mountain. So hospitable! The breakfast was like I would make for myself at home. The room was classic old cabin, and the bathroom, up 2 wee steps, was minimally but functionally equiped, and, like the room, had walls adorned with robust panelling. "
