"The room was excellent. More importantly, The team at Nikko Style Nagoya has been extremely helpful from booking to checkout. The service in English is more than appreciated and their extra attention did not go unnoticed. They took in an important delivery for me before my check in and kept it safe until I arrived. I also ended up losing my phone in Suzuka, and they took the time to call the restaurant for me to relocate it. I can’t thank them enough for their help and amazing service. "The location was PERFECT. I could not have had a better location. It was on the middle of everything. I would stay again because of where it was. The room itself was just that… a room. The bed was hard as a cheap futon and didn’t have any spring or softness. I felt my shoulder and hip bones digging into the mattress because it was so hard. I could only lie flat to feel any type of comfort. The staff was amazing and helped me navigate my travels. I just wish the room was better…"
