"The room was clean, and actually bigger than some we had stayed in in Tokyo or Kyoto. The laundry worked well and was less expensive than others that we had found. The washer and the dryer were separate units, the washer was free and the dryer was only 100 yen. The breakfast was one of the most extensive we had experienced in our travels."

"Spacious room with comfy bed and excellent amenities. The room was too hot on arrival. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Bar and restaurant looked ok but very quiet. Used complimentary drink vouchers for a quick beer but nothing made us want to linger. Hotel was a 15min walk from the rail station so easy to get to trains that go to the Alps."
