"There was nothing I didn't like. Location was perfect - five minute walk to train station, two minute walk to supermarket, five minute cycle to river and museum. The hotel provided the bicycle for free! The room was comfortable and well equipped. The hotel has laundry facilities for guest use and a microwave on each floor. I got the extra pillow I asked for, no problem. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, and restaurant staff were charming."

"We loved this hotel. Things to keep in mind: no one speaks English and their entire room service is only in Japanese. The location is in the middle of nowhere, and itā€™s a little bit of a walk to a bus station, so we personally used uber. But the amenities made it worth it. Our private onsen was stunning. It was spacious, relaxing and so nice after traveling all day. The food was delicious as well! Normally youā€™d think hotel room service will be subpar but their menu is huge! And they delivered breakfast to our door every morning which is a nice treat before adventures. I personally would only get a suite room here for the extreme value and experience. Itā€™s spacious and clean. The beds are extremely firm, though, so beware if thatā€™s not your preference. All in all, we will stay here again. As long as youā€™re okay with Ubers and being away from a lot of big locations (Legoland, etc)."
