"We love this quirky hotel for its proximity to Manchester Airport. It's our first stop in the UK when we arrive on vacation, so that first night is very important for us to catch up on sleep after an overnight flight. Unfortunately, we arrived at the start of a heat dome and this property was unprepared. The air conditioning in the rooms wasn't working so they were unbearably hot, too hot to get a good night's sleep which made for a very long night. We had one table fan for two rooms. The hotel...

"Very pleasant staff and the room was super spacious and tidy. We were greatly surprised by the size. We enjoyed our stay. Although, it doesn’t have air conditioning but I enjoyed my sleep, and I wish I could have taken more picture of myself at the pool when it was still scanty but we weren’t allowed to. The pool section gets busy!.., Same as the gym but all appear to be very well maintained. We definitely enjoyed our stay and already recommended to family manners in Manchester."

"We loved the service. They went beyond themselves to help us and make our stay the most pleasant they could. We left to early for breakfast on the day of our flight, and they kept more than enough breakfast ready for us at the reception to take with us when we left. "End July 2026. Didn't use Spa or Amenities. Pros: Overall a good stay. Restaurant/bar food medium priced, bar drinks well priced. Premium room had whirlpool bath, very nice, Good pillows & mattress. Cons: TV in room quite old, needs time updated to BST, unable to use EPG as mainly not available. New TV would be better. Knives in restaurant & bar couldn't cut butter, need replacing. Bath surround needs mildew treating."

We're told at reception that the room was up 2 flight of stairs but it would be worth it, Walking into room 12 our breath was taken away, it was definitely worth the climb. There was nothing to put our suitcase on and in the bathroom no hook to hang anything on. But it was clean and quiet. Dinner and breakfast were OK though orange juice was disappointingly watery. The hotel rooms were very clean, fairly spacious with adaquate refreshments on offer. I've stayed here several times and the price reflect the standard of what you get."
