"I’m so happy they are building new hotels in the area … this just might be the last time I stay here the hotel has become so run down , dirty , unclean and the fact that the pool is open to the public … not cool … always running out of breakfast and takes them 20-30 minutes to restock … don’t get meat after on the elevator always shutting down mid lift. "The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom."

"Overpriced premium business hotel well located. 300 USD a night with no breakfast, no minibar, no cleaning (unless you ask I guess) and $25 a small glass of everyday red wine, no thanks, the oil money is going quickly to local entrepreneurs head, a pity"

"Would stay again. Great price for an economical hotel. Toilet tank didn’t always fill up but after it rained the toilet started to flush again. Hotel room is spacious and it was clean. The pool was nice and relaxing. They were doing construction in the back pool area during my stay - it will be nice to see how it all looks once completed. The food was delicious! The staff was helpful! Thank you for your hospitality !"
