Also the hotel was introducing having to pay for a pass to enter the pool area, we weren’t charged as we had booked before they had introduced this charge. "

"The family room was really big and had everything you'd need for an over night. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area and transport options etc. Chef was great in preparing an individual option for one of our post who is undergoing treatment and couldn't eat the buffet breakfast. Would definitely book again."
