Staff seem all over the place, food cold on second day, 1st day only half order arrived and had to ask. We ate in our apartment on the third day. Didn’t want to lose our morning again. "

"Room was dirty with towel hidden in a drawer with old blood. Bed sheets dirty and stained. Bathroom was not so clean too. Window blind broken could not open. We asked clean our room, but yet they did not clean , mess from previous customers was still left behind the drawer. "
