"The staff on reception and in other departments are amazing, so very friendly and welcoming! The room had a few bits that perhaps needed a little light maintenance yet extremely clean. The hotel seems to cater for all needs and nothing too much trouble. Right on Salford Quays and we visited for the Corrie experience which is literally 5 minutes away! Great tour BTW if you’re a lifelong fan like me. Also don’t miss the imperial war museum, sad, interactive, but definitely worth a visit and free! Tram into centre of Manchester in 10 minutes too, although over two nights we didn’t have time, due to lots to see in Salford quays media city! Hotel car parking was easy once we knew where it was, multi storey near co-op. Would definitely stay here again rather than in Manchester and we come from near Bath so long journey but overall so worth it. We have been to May hotels all over the world and the staff are always the most important element of the experience and the staff at this hotel are excellent!"

"The hotel is a nice hotel.. Staffs are friendly and professional. There is lounge area with a work station if you want to work there. The rooms floor is well maintained, the carpet on the hallway look dirty. The car park has very limited space, better to arrive early for a space. Entrance to the lift was very messy on one of the night, and it was left like that until the morning, this should have been cleaned to ensure the cleanliness of the hotel. Overall the hotel is a nice one with friendly / professional team"
