Well kept historical farm. Bonus awesome short walks nearby. Very peaceful when needed. Deer park walk includes carless country lane, a huge estate to explore and paths to contemplate the peacefulness. Followed by great meal and people afterwards at the tavern next door to Ash Farm. Plush room and shower to cozy up in. Best breakfast ever: atmosphere, fresh fruit, all homemade food, and personal quality service from the owner and his chef.

Clean and well appointed rooms. The staff was incredible, friendly, and wonderfully accommodating. The breakfast was top notch. We've stayed here twice and will certainly stay again when we are in the area.

The staff were fantastic and were very helpful with information on the area and getting around. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and the incredible proximity to Old Trafford!

We enjoyed a four night stay here on arrival from Australia, for a family wedding. We had booked a family room. Two queen sized beds. My family of four stayed in this lovely inn at the end of December 2015. We were looking for a place to stay between attending a Manchester United Football game and visiting the English countryside. This location was perfect! It allowed us to stay out of the city in a more relaxed and less commercial inn, so that we could truly get a feel for the area. Great property, reasonably priced, comfortable and clean room. Kitchenette was great and the bathroom was lovely. I found the bed to be incredibly comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great, plenty of choices, and allergens were labeled for all items; separate space for gluten-free items. Lovely place to be. The room may be small but you'll love the feel of the home. The shower is usually a concern of mine when traveling. Didsbury park did a wonderful job at bringing a modern feel while keeping the warmth of a historic edifice. I had breakfast each day outside as the weather was phenomenal for the UK. I half expected the Queen to show up. (she didn't, kind of a curmudgeon.) I will have a honeymoon here someday, once I get over the whole idea of being married .

Loved my stay! The staff was super friendly and nice, felt very welcomed. The room was comfortable and clean. Parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast was perfect, I also dinned in the restaurant and loved everything. Banana Toffee Waffle dessert is well worth the calories!

The rooms were spacious, charmingly decorated, and clean. The staff could not do enough for us, even postponing a scheduled fire drill because we told the breakfast staff I was planning on taking a jet lag nap before going out to explore the countryside. Meals were absolutely delicious with a great take on traditional favourites. A must stay!

Decor is nice and furnishings luxurious. Fresh milk in the fridge for the Nespresso maker and a bottle of water! Comfy bed and spacious room and large bathroom.

Amazing hotel and atmosphere. Every detail every amenity carries the treehouse theme and feel. My favorite hotel experience. I didn’t want to leave.

Second time staying here a third is on the cards !
