"We had a fantastic experience at the Copthorne Merry Hill. Our room was very comfortable with a waterside view and I was delighted to find the en-suite had a bath. The room had Tea and coffee making facilities + biscuits and a fridge containing water and 2 little bars of chocolate; delightful. The staff were really kind, efficient and helpful. Breakfast (buffet style hot and continental) was delicious with continual restocking by staff. We sat outside to eat this morning. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was beautifully cooked and presented."

"Staff make you feel welcome are very chatty and will do anything for you. See deer, rabbits etc from room hotel in its own grounds so nice and peaceful. Breakfast is excellent "
