"Lovely stay in The Petticrow room at the Ship. Great location opposite the clock tower. Room very nicely presented with winged armchairs facing out from the bay window. The Ship has a great restaurant where we enjoyed moules frites and beer battered fish, plus bar snacks on other nights. The breakfast was a buffet type continental, with yoghurt, fruit, grapefruit, toast, croissants and orange juice and cereals at tables laid in the restaurant. The Ship is in good upkeep and has a selection of good beers and cocktails. The staff are friendly and welcoming and we’ll return to stay again."
