"Staff was very accommodating when we arrived with a special request. Hotel was clean and decorated beautifully for the Christmas holiday. Only down side was the rooms were a little small."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had an amazing view of the Empire State Building. While the room smaller than the average room it was very clean and comfortable. There were complimentary cocoa and assorted cookies in the lobby which my 9 year old loved !"
