Hotel St. James was a great find, clean, comfortable, and in an unbeatable location just steps from Times Square. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had a nice vintage charm. Hotel was a great base. Very near Time Square, theatre region and subways. The hotel was very clean and the beds were so comfortable . There is a deli right next door with cold and hot food, and fantastic fresh fruit . The staff were amazing and helpful at the hotel. Probably not for you if you want everything in your hotel, but perfect as a place to shower and sleep

The room and whole building were super clean, multiple food options across the street as well as directly next door, the gentleman who checked us in was super kind, and it was perfect walking distance from Radio City Music Hall. (we were in town for a concert) Would absolutely stay here again!
