客室では快適に過ごせました。 改善してほしい点は、部屋に椅子やテーブルがあると食事しやすい。あとはシャワー室が共用で2階に1か所しかないので、1階にもあると他のお客様に気兼ねせず使いやすくなると思う。

Although the room was small it was clean had everything you needed sink shower microwave fridge TV heating everything you want ideal for my stay definitely use it again

Ideal for Workmen and contractors

Property was clean and well looked after. Good facilities for making tea and coffee. Nice spacious room. Slept well.

Had good kitchen facilities. Not far from station. Cheltenham is a lovely town. Good parks. Film festival.

I stayed at this property for a couple of weeks. Positives: Housekeeping and the Central Studios team for enquiries were very helpful. Very close amenities nearby,: convenience stores, a fish and chip shop, an Indian and Chinese restaurant as well as a pharmacy. Rooms are a good size. Negatives: The rooms looked tired and need redecorating. Carpets dirty. The single room I moved into at the beginning didn’t look like housekeeping had properly cleaned it. I had raised over the weeks various things that needed attention however still need resolving so lack of urgency and response. The en-suite shower in the double room I stayed in had very low water pressure so was unusable and I had to go to the shared bathroom next door. The ceiling in the same double room had a leak and the water from the en-suite shower from the bedroom above was dripping through onto the carpet. The window in the single room I stayed in was strangely sloping downstairs. The window in the shared bathroom is broken and stuck and you can’t close it to be able to safely and privately use the overhead shower. The drain cover at the back of the front garden was loose and not fitted down and I had an accident walking over it and managed to fall into the hole with cuts and grazes on both legs The security light at the front of the house is broken. The shared bathroom could also do with hooks behind the door and in various places to hang things up on. Beside the negatives I would still stay again.

Was not provided with an access code. When I managed to contact the property manager they claimed no personal information was forwarded to them, ie; phone number or email from Expedia. I had to enlist the help of a nearby business to contact them 3 hours after the check in time. If Expedia doesn’t forward details why would you continue to use them as booking agents. Property was close enough to train station and quite location, front door was often not secured from the street

I want to complain in the strongest terms to hotels.com!! It is by far the worst place we have ever stayed and question your judgement by putting this 'hotel' on your site! We had to wait till 7pm to get our door code for the key, in sweltering conditions. The carpet and ceilings in the room were rancid! There were no tables or any furniture in the room at all to put things on! The wardrobe was broken so couldn't hang any clothes up, we asked for an iron to iron clothes that had to come straight out of our suitcases and a air- fan because the room was like a furnace, after asking staff for these things they said they would supply them but never did! The TV could not receive any signal at all so was useless. We were situated in our room right next to the front door and the constant slamming of the door morning, noon and night was a constant irritation!! I DEMAND SOME FORM OF COMPENSATION from hotels.com or will be taking the matter further!!

I just needed a room for the night due to work in the area the following day. For the price, I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. The room (small apartment with shared toilet) had everything you need (fridge microwave, shower) and probably,d again surprisingly, a very comfy memory foam mattress. All was clean and directly opposite shops and a very good Indian restaurant. Parking, although road side, was ample. Would stay again.

Good place for the price. It's unstaffed so you'll have to make a phone call to pay for your room and get the code for the self-service locks. Only facilities I found lacking was the fact that there wasn't a single mirror and I had to buy my own.

The room is not properly maintained. The microwave is extremity dirty at the top. It must not have been cleaned in a long time and the housekeeper refuses to change linens until after 4 night. I spent 5 nights and yet it didn’t get changed. Outright terrible.

* Property cleanness is very poor. * Room is not up to the standard, there are many maintenance work to done. * Shower facility inside the room is not working. * This property is not safe to stay. This property is not recommended to anyone. Expedia should have a proper look before advertising on their website.

Terrible service

Took long to get check in code. Had to stay outside for awhile. Then the WiFi wasn’t working and it didn’t get fixed till I left. Even the toilet was broken. You’ll call they’ll take forever to answer and still won’t fix the problem. No accountability. Nothing.

The check in process is a joke. I was supposed to get a text with a lock box code that didn’t arrive. It took ages for someone to answer a call and when they did they sent me the wrong code. Recommend using email instead of text as travellers like me are using esims because of high roaming data charges. The day after I checked in the same thing happened to another guest. Just terrible

As a woman alone this is not a safe space to stay in. The place is in the middle of a rough council estate opposite 2 shops that have people in and out all the time, so with the front door is open all the time even when I shut it someone then came in and left it open. Anyone can walk in to the house. There are no caneras, a man knocked on my door after I was there 20 mins asking me to go for a drink snd did I need company, as he saw I came alone. The shared toilet was between me and another man, in a little corridor with no one else, anything could have happened to me. The toilet was filthy and I was so desperate to use it, I had to clean it gagging and heaving. I called company and asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else, although polite there was nothing they would do. I stayed 30 mins and felt so unsafe I had to leave, due to £100 deposit being took out and no refund I had to borrow money to book somewhere else. I am not normally scared so for me to say I felt unsafe then please believe me I was. I have emailed the company but no response so customer service is terrible too.

Shocking experience

1st room was nearly unbearable to breed, the smell of tobacco was that strong and impregnated. Could at least breed on my 2nd room. Mattress was very uncomfortable- felt sucked in by a sponge. Room service were in during the day - left me a towel on top of the bed but never made the bed. First time is came back to a room where the bed was left untouched by room service.
