"An ocean view room was reserved for my parents at the Sugar Beach hotel. They were celebrating their Golden (50th) anniversary. Initially they were given a room that was very far from the reception and required climbing stairs and didn't provide a clear ocean view (something we paid for). Also, they were not provided with drinking water in their rooms. On top of this, their in-room phone did not work. They were eventually moved to a better room on the ground floor, but the staff and service had already scarred the experience at the hotel.
