"Overall the property we stayed at was 5 star for the price point per night, kitchen is not equipped to cook, dishes are minimal and the kitchen was “used”. The backyard while they allowed pets was unkept and when it rained became gross and soggy. I needed the backyard for my pets and they didn’t want to walk through the standing water. "Do not fall for this. It’s a dangerous high crime area. These people would not help me after I told them we felt uncomfortable and unsafe in this home. Furthermore, they started ignoring me after I had tried to explain I needed to try to get a refund. I honestly do not trust vRBO any longer because they allowed this place on their listing. "This unit was perfect for my stay in Alexandria. I was visiting my Dad in the hospital nearby and this unit had everything I needed. It rained while I was there and that made this unit a bright spot to land each day. The washer/dryer were perfect for the small loads I needed during my stay. I am very pleased and will stay here again."

"This home was beyond filthy with stained sheets, stained shower, maggots , mildew and mold. The smell inside could possibly be interior mold. We didnt even stay after seeing it upon check in. The owner refused to refund our money and stopped responding to my messages and claimed he was working with VRBO but has kept ALL of our funds. We work with the local military base and were there for work but this place is beyond anything i have ever seen. If i could post pictures i would."

"This rental was as represented if you are expecting the Four Seasons or even the hotel experience this is not it. However, if you want a VERY comfortable bed which is often a problem for me this location will not disappoint. "It was my first time staying at the lovely paragon. I just love the casino itself though the machines were tight. I know the prices fluctuates, but i caught a great deal. Love love love the alligators,pools,gym,and more so the theater. Didnt check out the shops or restaurants but i will next time. My stay was fir one day so i didnt get to do much.The rooms are spacious. Beds and pillows super soft and comfortable. Love the big Tv. Ac was just right.Rooms just need a microwave. Didnt find the refrigerator until checkout day. The fridge needs to be visible or the guest told its in a cabinet, though i usually look around the room. Was tired so i didnt really peep in the drawers and cabinets. Lol. My dislikes: Showers needs to be lit up. Cant see the cleanliness of it. The floor wasnt mopped well and toilet had hair on it. The headboard was very dusty that it set off my son's allergies and the glass toppers on tables needs cleaning underneath. I always bring my cleaning supplies so i touched up the place. Wasnt too quiet with kids screaming at one point but it got better. Just a few flaws but im not letting that stop me from returning. I will be back and my return will be soon. Loved Paragon. ❤️❤️"

"The facility was very clean, modern and comfortable. All of the staff was so nice to us each interaction we had from checking in to each time we walked through the doors. We stayed a total of 5 days due to my dad being in the hospital. It was never an issues to ask for extra towels or bottles of water. "
