"I used a taxi from the airport to get to the hotel. The hotel staff helped me pay the driver by setting up a Chinese payment app on my phone. The hotel staff spoke English very well. They upgraded my room to a suite which was much appreciated. The suite was extremely spacious, well decorated and throughly clean. I was able to utilize the free shuttle bus back to the airport. "

"The hotel is pretty, overall, but I expected a higher level of service based on the name. The carpet in my room was extremely stained (I even turned off the lights to make sure it wasn't just shadows). And I became extremely sick after eating breakfast (and my dinner the night prior was hotel room service so if it wasn't due to breakfast, it was still definitely due to food prepared by the hotel).
