Disappointing stay

Mercure Chunxi was quite disappointing. It is quite a distance from the train station and there isn't much around the area (seems to be near the office buildings). The air condition is centrally controlled and the air ventilation isn't the best. When we called for help, the technician was quite rude and told us off. Quite a disappointment coming from Accor Group.

Good location and OK hotel

Check-in is a very unpleasant experience. Arrived at the hotel around 2am, shocked to be told their computer can not find my booking, it took them almost 50 minutes to check us in. With modern decoration, the hotel room could be liked by the young generation. The hotel bed is comfortable. The bathroom Has japanese style automatic cleaning toilet. Sofa couch is damp, fortunately not bed. The towel is kind of wet. Location is good, in the heart of Chengdu.

The hotel provides value for money, being centrally located amongst commercial areas and food venues, good customer relation (Manager Amber Gu went out of her way to make our stay comfortable), great value breakfast, free self service laundry facilities / particularly helpful for travellers who may have been on the road for a while. Only complaint - no air condition when in Autumn - making the room too hot to have a peaceful sleep

位置，大厅和房间硬件都不错，要求二间房间靠一起，也安排了， 最喜欢29楼的自助洗衣烘干机，让我这个旅程轻松很多，经常看到小美机器人在到处送货，小朋友看着很新奇。 我们一家五口订了二间房间，连续入住四晚，居然四晚都不给我们换床单，被套，等我第四晚回到房间洗完澡准备睡觉了， 才发现还是第三晚的被套，我打电话给客服让他们给我换，才给我换......我和晚上过来换房单的大姐聊了二句， 她说有个牌子要换的时候放枕头下才行， 我说我没注意那个牌子，那一直不注意， 是否也有要求多少时间换呢， 她说三晚必须换了， 我说那我第四晚了， 还是留的第三晚的床单和被套，怎么说呢。 所以这个比较让我糟心，我是雅高会员，在很多国家住过他们的连锁店，还是第一次遇到这样的问题，比较失望

利便性、綺麗さともに素晴らしいホテル

日本語はもとより中国語標準の成都で、英語の話せる女性スタッフがタクシードライバに対して行き先を伝えるほかやり取りをしてくださりとても丁寧な対応に感激しました。 場所は伊勢丹や伊藤ヨーカ堂のある中心地 繁華街へも徒歩5〜10分程度で利便性も良いです。 部屋はとても清潔感があり綺麗で満足しています。次回成都に行く際もこちらのホテルを利用したいです。 一点。Googleで検索すると異なる場所が出てくるので注意です。ibisホテルと同系列なのかエントランス内で繋がっています。横というか同じ建物？ Googleではibisを目安にした方が良いかもしれません。

Logging into the WiFi required a mainland Chinese phone and ID number...which is massively inconvenient for non-mainland visitors. The staff gave us attitude when we asked for help about it too. The room design wasn’t so great either; the toilet, sink and shower were separate, and the doors to the toilet and shower rooms were semi-transparent. This design makes things difficult for guests who are staying in the same room but don’t want to see each other naked.
