This is my second time to stay in this hotel. Everything was perfect. I like the safe, quiet, convenient environment as well as the pleasant services. The price and provided services are very competitive in whole Chengdu area.

Hotel is quite new, affordable, clean, safe and elegant. Front desk staffs work from dawn to dusk and are very friendly. The only issue with the hotel is a bit far from either south station subway station or Dongzilin station, about 15 minutes walk. There are limited shopping and restaurants in the near vicinity within 15 minutes walk. Other than that, this hotel would be perfect.

The only two things is the property shouldn’t use light color carpets since it leaves stains and hard to clean. The room I have the carpet is dirty with stains. Location is far from malls and metro. I rent couple bicycles in order to go to malls and metro about 15mins with traffic.

The experience with this hotel is overall pleasant except that it is a bit inconvenient for public transport. Although its location is just about 6 to 8 minutes walking distance from the South Railway Station MRT. However, due to the construction site in between, the next nearest MRT is about 3 to 4 bus stops away.

This hotel is beautiful and I wish I could rate better, however, there are some negative items that I need to address. 1) Location is not ideal for tourists. It's far from both subway stations, at least 15 minutes walk. 2) Staffs don't speak English. I guess, due to a location, they probably don't expect many tourists. 3) Refrigerator in a room is not cold. I asked why it's not cold, but no one at a front desk could explain. 4) When I booked, there was no indication that I was booking a smoking or non-smoking room. As soon as I entered in a room, I smelled smoke. I asked them to change a room, but according to them, I am getting a free upgrade. Really? I didn't know that getting a non-smoking room requires a special fee. Overall, despite of cleanliness of hotel, if you are a tourist, I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you have a car and you speak Chinese.

Got an executive room. Big room, very comfortable working desk with ample plugs, comfortable desk chair, and nice sitting area. The immediate neighborhood is barren, but there are convenience stores within 12 minutes walk. Subway is 15 minutes walk away. Staff is friendly, but as usual in China, very little English skills. The room tended to get a bit warm, even with the windows open (it was cool outside), and the climate control system was hardwired to heating, so not useful for cooling the place down. Internet was okay, with the usual dips at peak times in the AM and PM. With the onslaught of taxi-hailing software, hailing a standard cab is a challenge. The staff need to help out a little more there. They seem to be oblivious to the fact that foreigners probably don't have Didu hailing software on their cellular.

Facilities fine, not the best staff and location

The ventilation during winter time is a problem because there's no air conditioning but only heat. If you switch off the heater then it becomes stuffy and the staff suggested to open window. Other than this overall the environment and room are good. Breakfast was sufficient with variety of Chinese and western food. The staff who received us at the concierges looked very impolite throughout without any smile and didn't give clear instruction which made you feel uncomfortable. Other staff were fine but in general didn't look very passionate and not proactive in assisting guests. The location was around 13 mins walk from mtr station. If you don't mind walking this area is less crowded then the central tourist area so you get some quietness.

High class and luxurious hotel

The hotel is extremely modern. Incredibly comfortable bed with a variety of pillow options. The staff speak very limited English, however with the help of a translation app they are able to help with any requests. Variety of Western food options also available at breakfast. Location is also good. Would highly recommend based on the high standard and comfort of the hotel.

It is a bit far from the centre, but given the taxi cost is rather low in Chengdu so it's still convenient during our stay. The hotel room was clean and rather spacious, though it was somehow a bit odd that there was no closet and instead open area for hanging clothes near the entrance. It seems that the air fan in the shower doesn't work too well also, but in a whole it was a fine room. The bed was very comfortable and in general the pricing is reasonable.

地點好、價格合理的酒店

這次來成都出差，客戶建議住這家距離機場大約10分鐘車程的酒店，一到酒店就覺得非常新、前台服務員態度良好房間內部也不錯，床鋪也很舒服，早餐還可以，最重要的是房價非常合理、適合出差或旅遊的朋友。
