"Very beautiful property! The multi station buffet breakfast was delicious with so many choices. The servers were very helpful. Rooms had a great view of the city. The rainfall shower was relaxing and there was a separate bathtub. The bed was comfortable. The charges for hotel provided transportation were reasonable and it was easy to schedule a day trip to Mahabalipuram, the airport, and rail station. The only issue we had was with room service. The food was very good but we did not get the correct order. It was more difficult for us to order room service as English speakers, it was difficult to communicate with them on the phone. We would stay again!"
