Shrima was proactive and EFFECTIVE, in helping my relocation to a different room when the hot water stopped. I had not expected to take a cold shower at the Leela. 4. Ms. Sinha met me twice to make sure my stay remained pleasant and asked for candid fedd back. 5. Overall, WELL DONE! I will be back when i return to Chennai. "
