"A nice cozy couples spot. Clean and tidy. You will get more for your money then staying at a hotel. Decent view of the harbour. We would consider staying again if we have a reason to visit Warwick or RI again. It is located on a dead end residential area and the owners live on the property. They were very welcoming and not overbearing either."

We arrived after dark so navigating the dark parking lot and the 2 level concrete slab to gain access to the back door was challenging with luggage. It is an old home so the interior back stairs are winding and uneven. Did not love the memory foam mattresses, the frame for one bed was creaky and very much like a cot frame. There is a sign in the pantry that advises not plugging in more than 1 small appliance at...
