She recommended we try to catch the mind blowing Northern Lights and had her sister deliver the most delicious “welcome ice cream”! They recommended some hikes we had not done other times in the area as well! The cottage was clean, comfortable, quiet, had everything you would need including firewood and in a great location!! "This is an adorable cottage with amazing views of the Siskiwit Bay. Erin was so accommodating & easy to communicate with. We hiked the Meyers Beach trail to the sea caves which exceeded our expectations. Views were spectacular without leaves on the trees. Beach combing was also amazing with how warm the temps were (unfortunately, that is probably due to climate change) but truly a wonderful Fall week on the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore. "Good location for anyone wanting a middle of town walkable get away. We were looking for a little bit of everything, lake views, near food, near shopping, acess to Superior lake walking trail, and this place fulfilled. Nice natural lighting. For being a smaller space it felt large. Basic kitchen tools helped make the kitchen feel practical to use. Loved the bonus coffee!"
