"Stayed with 3 other adult friends. Location was secluded, quiet and definitely felt cabin-y. The huge yard was perfect for lawn games and sitting by the fire. We enjoyed how many places there were to sit, inside and out. Sleeping arrangements were great and the cabin was very well suited for hosting guests. "My family loves this place! We stayed in the smaller house next door 3 years ago and came back because it is so peaceful. We live just an hour away so this is a perfect escape for a few days of "spring break". It is great just sitting in the hot tub and watching the birds on the river. We will hopefully come back!"

"We came for an extended weekend for a Wollersheim winery tour and a visit to Taliesin. We added a trip to J. Henry as well. (We aborted a trip to Circus World due to the weather) There are two restaurants/ bars within a 5 minute walk from the property. We ate at each, both were good. The down side was Saturnday there was a band till 9pm, loud music till 11pm. Not a deal breaker for us as we sat on the deck listening. The property was very clean and spacious.
