"Great location with grocery and restaurant options in walking distance. Easy access to beautiful wide beach. The condo unit was very clean and well appointed. The building’s public areas (halls, elevators, pool) are very clean as well. Excellent communication with host. "

"First let me say the staff was GREAT VERY HELPFUL COURTEOUS THEY GET A A+ The hotel itself can definitely use some upgrades, the breakfast is horrible no fresh fruit, coffee not great the standard waffle that you make yourself no toppings other than syrup. Eggs looked to be powdered eggs although I am pescatarian and don’t eat sausage others traveled with me did and it appeared not done was not browned…only pork option. I did have an issue. The last two nights one was a noise complaint of two individuals fighting in their room and in the hallway, although others walked by, as if they were scared they never stopped at the front desk to complain. I did otherwise and calm down the front desk took care of it right away as I said the staff was great. The next issue was that evening I walked out of my room to a man slumped down on the floor sleep startled me. I don’t know if he even belonged at the hotel the front desk also took care of that issue right away as I had to teenage girls. My daughters with me and I would have hated for them to come back to the room and this man to be sitting outside of my room on the side. The pool can use some updating also as a suggestion to put a couch inside of the rooms rather than the little round table with two chairs for seating as the rooms are big enough for a little love seat . The air conditioning unit was extremely loud. I was able to try to use it as a white noise to fall asleep too, though."

"Nice, clean room. Great view of the beach. Kitchen was well stocked, just didn’t have time to do any cooking. Check In and Out was fast and problem free. "

"I was disappointed with my stay at Prince Resort. The property feels quite neglected—the elevators are old and dirty, and the room was in poor condition. The mattress in the master bedroom was worn out and noisy, and the TVs are very outdated. While they promote 'going green' with signs about reusing towels, it honestly feels more like an excuse to cut costs on basic service rather than a real environmental effort. They’ve even removed the paper checkout process. To top it off, the construction across the street was a disaster; the loud banging started at 7:00 AM and didn't stop all day. It feels like they are cutting corners everywhere while renting out a deteriorating property. "

"Absolutely Perfect Beach Getaway!We had an incredible stay at this beach house! The views of the ocean were absolutely spectacular — there's truly nothing better than sitting on the deck in the morning, sipping coffee while watching the sun rise and listening to the waves crash. It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed.The house itself was spacious, with large rooms and plenty of bathrooms, which made it super comfortable for our group. We especially loved having a private pool to cool off and play in after a day at the beach.The kitchen was fully stocked, which made meal prep a breeze, and the location was perfect — close to everything we needed but still peaceful and private.A big thank you to **Hilary**, who was fantastic to communicate with and made sure everything was just right for our stay. She went above and beyond to meet our needs.I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation, and I definitely plan on renting it again in the future!"
