"We had a lovely time at the Avista resort hotel. Our room was very clean and we had a great ocean view. The pool area was good for children and adults with two pools and a lazy river. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Some parts of the resort needed a little repair but overall our stay was very pleasant. "

"The rooms were sorta clean. Dirty walls,very dirty balcony and chairs couldn't go out and sit. Floors not to clean carpets dirty.no beach view for the price. Had to park across the street because not enough parking in the main lot. Wouldn't stay here again for maybe 3 to 4 years. Reason because they are remodeling i noticed but im sure it will take them that long to redo everything and there prices will probably double."

"We had a wonderful time and had everything we could possibly need. The beds were very comfy and kitchen was fully stocked. It was a little chilly when we were there so we did not get to use the pool as much as we wished but the pool area was very nice. It was also a quick walk to the beach, which was perfect. Highly recommend! "
