"Room was not clean. Hair from previous guests all over bathroom and bedroom. Dishwasher and stove need to be replaced. Entire place is in desperate need of updates. "

"I was disappointed with my stay at Prince Resort. The property feels quite neglected—the elevators are old and dirty, and the room was in poor condition. The mattress in the master bedroom was worn out and noisy, and the TVs are very outdated. While they promote 'going green' with signs about reusing towels, it honestly feels more like an excuse to cut costs on basic service rather than a real environmental effort. They’ve even removed the paper checkout process. To top it off, the construction across the street was a disaster; the loud banging started at 7:00 AM and didn't stop all day. It feels like they are cutting corners everywhere while renting out a deteriorating property. "

The views of the ocean were absolutely spectacular — there's truly nothing better than sitting on the deck in the morning, sipping coffee while watching the sun rise and listening to the waves crash. It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed.The house itself was spacious, with large rooms and plenty of bathrooms, which made it super comfortable for our group. We especially loved having a private pool to cool off and play in after a day at the beach.The kitchen was fully stocked, which made meal prep a breeze, and the location was perfect — close to everything we needed but still peaceful and private.A big thank you to **Hilary**, who was fantastic to communicate with and made sure everything was just right for our stay. She went above and beyond to meet our needs.I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation, and I definitely plan on renting it again in the future!"
