"Proximity to the center of Philadelphia was excellent. Kitchen adequately supplied. Beds comfortable. The passcode was wrong for the unit but SoSuite did respond to problem immediately. Street noise was extremely loud and throughout the night. Suite advertised to accommodate 6 people but only two stools at dining bar & no DR table. Bathrooms clean but unit needed a deep cleaning as dustballs were in every corner of unit. Spartanly "worn looking" furnished and drab and sterile atmosphere. This is...

"Our 1st time visiting to see tourist sights. This place is within 3-4 blocks of Philadelphia's 2 Hop-On/Office tour bus companies. There's a bakery/café & Starbucks across the street, plenty of food within walking distance, as well as we found affordable long term parking 3 blocks away. The building was recently renovated to like brand new. We loved our stay!!!"

"Easy access, easy parking areas nearby, good downtown location"

The biggest issue with the specific unit we were put in (1 bedroom apartment) is that it happened to be the only room in the entire building with its own...

"This property has an excellent location. Rittenhouse Square, restaurants/shopping and the subway are all within short walking distances. Historic locations/tourist sites were a little farther away but still within reasonable walking distances. Check-in is contactless with the instructions a breeze to follow. Bed and other furniture are comfortable. We had some minor issues with the television and the host was super responsive. There is a little noise from the establishment below and trash...

"Great stay!"

"Absolutely beautiful and well kept home! Very clean! Location was also very convenient to many places and very safe neighborhood. Owner is very good with communication and responsive."
