"Really enjoyed our stay close to to stargazing at Cherry Hill spring Cherry springs State Park went tubing down. Tying gorge Creek went hiking Pennsylvania Grand canyon. All in all a great little vacation"

"The property was beautiful, as advertised. The large pond was well stocked for some light fishing. Star gazing right from the property was possible although a nearly full moon washed out the dark sky. Cherry springs state park was a short 12 minute drive away, but pets are not allowed. The property was well stocked with amenities. Bring a full size coffee maker if you are a coffee drinker. If you want to experience the sounds of silence and have a relaxing day in a hammock, this place is for you. We only had three adults and a small dog, but the A-frame could easily accommodate 6. Excellent hosts. We will definitely consider visiting again."

"the host was beyond nice and the listing was better than expected! we loved the old charm it had while adding modern amenities to it, too. was our comfy home away from home for the weekend! angela was quick to respond in case of emergencies (thankfully there were none). location was quiet and we loved spending time outside at the hammocks. truly thankful we found and booked this place!"

"Beautiful home with up to date amenities nestled next to the creek, what a great way to relax! My favorite part was doing nothing. The black sky, the silence, very welcomed. The highlight on our last night was a big black bear in the yard! Would highly recommend!"

"It was a very cute little cabin that was perfect for a couple or a smaller family. It has a larger yard which was really nice and overall the property was cute. It was also near so much with a bunch of towns and attractions within 30 minutes. All of the parks and trails close by were beautiful too!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed , nice shower, well equipped kitchen, dry wood for fire and relatively close to parks and hiking trails. You can't do a lot of stargazing from the property itself due to trees and light pollution but Cherry Springs viewing area is amazing."

"This beautiful place is a great location for all. Doesn't matter what you do, it's a nice place to get away and breathe in the fresh air. There's plenty of attractions to chase after if you're an outdoor enthusiast. There are a number state parks in the area if you enjoy visiting those locations. We've spent many years on Kettle Creek, which was our go to for the weekend when we were staying at the lodge. You have everything you need to stay here. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are spacious, plenty of room on the first floor at the kitchen/living room area. Porch is a perfect size to just simply hang out. We stored a bunch of items on the porch for the kiddos which made it convenient for them. Always good to have plenty of room when you go on vacation with your friends and family! Josh communicated well with us which is a plus. If you're thinking about staying here, then go for it! You have to experience it for yourself. We'll be returning again!"
