"The biggest concern was the condition of the third floor shared restroom. Two recommendations: An installed toilet paper roll and a secure water distributor on the tub. It isn’t an ideal tub for persons over 5’ tall, but one can sit and scrub satisfactorily as long as they have average flexibility. Also, an upgrade of tile on the walls and floor of the shared restroom would be ideal."
