"The properties location is a key attribute. My experience focused on the properties self-sufficient environment setting. Folks who stay there have facilities to cook for themselves. Refrigerators and cookware is there for use and you are expected to clean-up afterwards. It was a fine location to relax after visiting a few notable venues in the Philadelphia area."

"Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The ease of accessing the property, the cleanliness, the location, everything was superb. The owners did not miss a thing! They had coffee, oils, salt and pepper, seasoning ketchup, mustard, everything that you would need. They even had wood available for the fire in the fire pit. "What a perfect little getaway for my husband and myself in the heart of Amish country. Our hosts were very kind and accommodating, with breakfast and dinner available. I particularly enjoyed the fact that there are no TVs at this location, and we spent more time wandering the area and talking to eachother. My favorite part was hanging out with the horse in the pasture, and I was thrilled when our hosts allowed me to help with brushing their beautiful Rocket. The friendly tabby cat greeted us and...

"We loved this property. Close to everything! We were in town celebrating my daughter’s bday, who is a Messiah student. Our location to her and downtown was perfect. The property is quiet and lovely. We’ve already reserved it again!"

"I suppose I should lead with this is a pretty dated motel, but it's VERY clean. Like, not just OK-clean; it's evident that people are working extremely hard to keep this property as clean and upkept as possible, which isn't easy when a property is older. The care is evident. The hosts were very nice. We had a small problem after we checked in (that turned out to be nothing), and the host was at our door within a minute to check it. The towels were kind of scratchy, and the soap wasn't the best...

"This is actually a refurbished hotel and I did not feel safe staying as it was basically empty except for 2 other vehicles. We ended up booking another place as this has no one on site only a note saying "call or text" if you have any issues. Not the way to do business as a VRBO."
