"Room was spacious and very clean. Staff are friendly and greet you with a smile! Breakfast was one of the best selection breakfast I had in all my US stays. Beachfront was superb and on boardwalk as well as access to beach is convenient. Would definitely come back and stay at this hotel"

"Wonderful experience at Hyatt Oceanside, from the moment we arrived Michael at the front desk made us feel warm and welcome. Michael patiently answered all of my questions and made the check-in process seamless. We thought that we booked a ocean view room but that was not the case, some time later I returned to the front desk and explained the situation to Hannah and she was able to accommodate us, thanks to Hannah we had a beautiful weekend! Thank you to the attentive and friendly staff, our stay at the Hyatt was truly memorable. We will be back!!!"

"Valet parking is a must.. the urgency and kindness the gentleman put in getting your vehicle -I give them a 10-. The staff at check in were nice, asked us what floor we preferred and north/or south side. The overall appearance and the fragrance of the hotel is nice. The bar side during happy hour was pleasant. For dinner we had to wait to be seated, per sign posted with multiple employees walking by before we were acknowledged and seated. After seated we waited again, then finally walked out. Access to the beach was nice except for all the construction/workers getting ready for an event. The room was nice, housekeeping was there each day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will return."

"I had a good stay at this hotel. I reserved a beach front room with a view and balcony. the room was clean and the view was fantastic. My room was on the 12th floor so that made the view even better. I felt safe with the double locks on the door. It was just steps to the ocean beach, and the indoor pool was a favorite of my grandson's. A couple of things I would recommend to the owners. You would save money if you put screen doors on the sliding doors. I had to shut the doors at night so as not to get any critters in the room. That meant I had to turn on the AC when there was nice ocean breeze I would have preferred. Small matter but still. Also, someone had a drone they were flying and two nights in a row they came right up to my balcony and hovered there or flew very slowly by. This is an invasion of my privacy and if I had stayed another night I would have reported it. It came from the house to the right of the hotel as you face the ocean. This should not be happening. Otherwise, everything was very good."
