The room an was very clean and the beds comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking in was easy. The amenities were terrible. The shower dispensers were empty and there was a previously used small hair conditioner. We were very disappointed in breakfast. While the eggs were good, there was no bacon or sausage, no muffins, and we had to look for forks.

I really appreciated the friendliness of the front desk and the staff, but I do have to say that I was not impressed with my room. I took a damp towel to the jets to wipe them down a little bit because they seemed to look a little dirty, and I wanted to soak in the whirlpool in my room, but when I saw how dirty the jets were, I didn’t even bother to clean or wipe the rest down because it just looked so gross. besides that the bed was comfortable. I had a nice morning view in the Little deck outside of my room .I did not get to try the breakfast. I woke up late and they were accommodating to me when I said that I wanted 10 minutes extra to leave

Room and location was clan and safe. Staff was friendly! Breakfast offered offs, waffles, yogurt, muffins, cereal, juice and coffee. Located near the popeye museum and statues.

Breakfast area was poorly stocked. Coffee machine broken. Juice machine off most days. Bread products stale. Waffle mix was clearly not fresh. In the room there were missing knows and empty soap and shampoo dispensers. Clearly a decent place that needs a step up to be good or great. Lobby area was 85 degrees all the time. Room AC was ok - again clean the units and make them efficient. Mostly clean otherwise. Nice towels. Beds were new and comfy. Plenty of pillows.

We had a very nice stay. The hotel is clean and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint is the breakfast. They do have a waffle maker but the batter had a funny taste and the available muffins were hard.

The hotel has been declining in recent years but the new management is working to make things better and they are doing a great job. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was an enjoyable experience and we will stay here again.

This was a wonderful experience and a quiet gretaway for us the staff was so nice and kind they were very helpful the receptionist helped us with a late check out and took care of all of our needs with a smile she was so wonderful
